IPC  -  124(1)(a)--
Trivedi has been booked under IPC Section 124 A for sedition, Section 66 A of IT Act and under National Emblem Act, 1971.

National Drink: Aseem created a cartoon showing politician preparing blood juice - national drink - after putting common man in a grinding machine.

National Animal: The cartoonist mocks at the politician after comparing them with Dinosaur. A dinosaur with a Nehru cap has been featured in the cartoon with a caption - "Neta-Saur". The animal scares a man who has already been attacked by the 'Neta-Saur'.

Kasab and Indian Constitution: In an another cartoon, Aseem shows Ajmal Kasab peeing on Indian Constitution, asking "Who is Responsible?“

School for Corrupts: In his next cartoon, Trivedi shows Indian children being taught "How to Be Corrupt". The cartoon says - Siksha mantralaya ki aitihasik faisla; ab bachcho ko milegi sistachar ki bajay bhrastachar ki siksha" (A historical decision by the Ministry of education - now Indian children will be taught how to become corrupt and not how to build good behaviour).
Gang Rape of Mother India: The cartoon by Trivedi shows a politician and a bureaucrat asking a wolf, depicting corruption, surrounding Mother India. The politician saying "come on, hurry up" which indicates the India being apparently raped.
Commode Parliament: In an another cartoon, Trivedi shows Indian Parliament as a commode (national toilet).
National Emblem: The Mumbai police, while explaining the reason behind their decision of arresting Trivedi, mentioned about this cartoon in which he shows the national emblem with wolves, instead of lions, with the caption "Wolfs with the sign of Danger" and bhrashtameva jayate instead of Satyameva Jayate
